Recently the College has held several high level public seminars to expand cultural horizon and to promote academic atmosphere. Zhu Peiwei, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Director of National Marine Food Engineering Technology Institute, gave a lecture about “Persistence and Gratitude”。 She shared her experience of how to become an academician from a countryside student and talked about studying, teaching, research and self-discipline. Former Minister of Education Zhou Yuanqing gave a report on June 5th. His topic was “college quality education: source, base and foundation”.
