--1st prize of English Writing Competition in Shaanxi Division. In 5th “FLTRP Cup” College Level English Writing Competition, Cheng Yan, students of the Department of Ecological and Environmental Engineering admitted in 2013, and Liu Min, student of the Department of Tourism Management admitted in 2012, won the 1st prize respectively in public English group and professional English group.

　　--3rd prize of Agriculture Skill Competition. The Competition was held by the Ministry of Agriculture, Education, Jiangsu provincial agriculture and education departments and co-hosted by several national agricultural training departments. 589 secondary and higher vocational college students from 36 delegations, 31 provinces participated in the national competition.

　　--3rd prize of Tour Guide Competition. The national level competition was held by the Ministry of Education, National Tourism Bureau, Zhejiang provincial government, Zhejiang Education Bureau, Zhejiang Tourism Bureau and other colleges and institutes. 143 candidates from 90 colleges, 30 provinces participated in the Chinese and English group contest and competed in the scenic spots explanation, comprehensive theory test and talent show.

　　--1st group prize of Environment Protection Micro Film Competition. The “Hua Yu CUP” （is） was held by the government of Yangling Demonstration Zone. “New Born” created by students of the Department of Information Technology won the 3rd individual prize. The film tells a story of the end of world after severe demolition of the earth’s environment by human. It warns people that human will gradually be extinct by destroying the eco environment.
