During 31 Aug. to 27 Sept. Vice President Zhang Yongliang visited Canada as a member of “Higher Vocational College Leaders Oversea Training Project” hosted by the Ministry of Education. The training theme includes the Canadian higher vocational education concept, teaching management mode, curriculum setting and graduates employment, etc. the delegation visited 8 community colleges and attended 17 symposiums, in addition, they visited 1 vocational and international education collaboration institute, 1 enterprise that has cooperation with college, 2 universities and The Chinese embassy in Canada. The trip gave them a comprehensive overview to Canadian vocational education condition and community college-running experience. Vice President Zhang said this training provided more cooperation channels to our college.
