On February 24, the college held a 2019 working conference, releasing " Outstanding Units and Individuals in 2018" and presented awards to 9 outstanding units in the annual work assessment, including the Bioengineering Department and Division of Party Affairs.  At the meeting, college leaders announced their work target in 2019.

 In the final speech, President Wang Zhousuo stressed that firstly, departments and divisions should refer to the published 2019 work guidance from Division of Party Affairs and arrangements of direct leaders to further refine and decompose the 2019 work objectives, and formulate practical measures to ensure the successful completion of the annual objectives and tasks. The second is that management level should set an example to optimize " teaching style, study style and work style". The third is to seize the opportunity, face the difficulties and push forward the development of higher vocational colleges in quantity and level. We should seize the opportunity of implementing the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, China's Education Modernization 2035 and the implementation plan ( 2018 - 2022 ), as well as major strategies such as " One belt and One road ", rural revitalization, poverty reduction and so on. We should take on the responsibility bravely, do good deeds, continuously enhance the overall competitiveness and influence of the college, and fully promote the high-quality development of the school.
