On October 23, the President of our college, Wang Zhousuo, attended the "Promotion Conference of Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Fair".  In the"Signing Ceremony for Key Projects", President Wang Zhousuo and President of the Chairman of the Board of Paragon International University, Chea Sophakanny, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on International Educational Exchange and Cooperation.  The two sides agreed to carry out international cooperation and exchange in four areas: exchange of students, scientific research cooperation, international student cultivation, and establishment of a branch school of Yangling Vocational and Technical College in Cambodia.    

The successful signing of this agreement is not only a milestone of international cooperation and exchange in Cambodia for the college but also a part of the achievement of constructing SCO(Shanghai Cooperation Organization) Agricultural Technology Exchange And Training Demonstration Base (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghai Cooperation Agricultural Base") in Yangling Demonstration Zone. The college will constantly push forward cooperation with Paragon International University with the assistance of the Yangling government and Shanghai Cooperation Agricultural Base, expanding the achievement list of the Shanghai Cooperation Agricultural Base.

The " Promotion Conference of Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Fair " is an important part of the 26th session of the China Yangling Agricultural Hi-Tech Fair(CAF). The conference consists of three parts: Plenary Promotion Conference of CAF, Signing Ceremony of Key Projects, and Cooperation Matching Meeting.  The Promotion Conference was hosted by the 26th Preparatory Committee of CAF and hosted by the Administrative Committee of Party Working Committee of Yang Ling Demonstration Zone.
