From 12 to 17 December 2010, the First secondary vocational school （Sino-Germany） president senior seminar was held in Yangling by Shaanxi education bureau and Yangling Vocational and Technical College. School presidents and the vice president in charge of teaching work of 42 national key, provincial demonstrative secondary vocational schools and 10 municipal vocational schools participated in the seminar.

　　In the seminar vocational and continuing education department of Dresden University of Technology, scientific-research training center of Yangling Vocational and Technical College and Shaanxi secondary vocational school hosted the opening ceremony of the “school president training base”。

　　The seminar aimed to improve the management ability of secondary vocational school president team, accelerate reform innovation of secondary vocational schools, surge skilled-talent cultivation quality and further presidents’ strategic thinking, decision-making and execution ability and school running ability in order to build a high level management team for the scientific development of vocational education.

　　Professor HORTSCH, director vocational education department of Dresden University of Technology, Dr KOERNER, senior trainer of Dresden electronic vocational school, professor Chen Jiefang, the reputed vocational education expert, leaders from provincial education bureau and our colleges participated in the opening ceremony.
