On June 29th, Yangling Vocational and Technical College's online graduation ceremony for international students 2022 was held in Conference Room 204 of South Campus. President Wang Zhousuo, General Manager Xu Xiaochuan of Alpstream Group (online), Vice Presidents Zhu Zhanbin and Hu Junpeng, Party Committee member and Director of Department of Publicity Pei Hongbo, and Dean of International School Du Bin attended the ceremony. teachers of International School and international graduates (online) of 2022, and representatives of Chinese students attended the ceremony. Yang Xueji, Deputy Dean of International School, presided over the graduation ceremony.
The graduation ceremony kicked off in the review of the photo collection of international students' study and life on campus.
At the ceremony, Du Bin, Dean of the International School, read out the list of international graduates of 2022. Bai Fengya, a Chinese course teacher of the International School, gave a speech to all the teachers on behalf of all the teachers. Fengya reviewed her life with international students in the past three years, and sent her expectations and blessings to all international students. Later, Xu Jinshan, the representative of international graduates, gave a speech online. He expressed his gratitude, nostalgia and unforgettable feelings for China and our college with gratitude, and said that he would cherish the knowledge and skills learned from our college, create a better future with what he learned, and become a friendly messenger of friendship between China and Cambodia.
Mr. Xu Xiaochuan, the General Manager of Shaanxi Alpstream Group, a famous multinational group in China and a strategic cooperation unit of our college, delivered a speech online. On behalf of the Group, Xu welcomes international graduates to work in overseas enterprises of the Group, contributing to "the Belt and Road Initiative". At the same time, he hopes to further strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation between Alpstream Group and our college in the field of international cooperation, and jointly cultivate overseas talents with Chinese technical standards.
Finally, President Wang Zhousuo sent a blessing to the international students. On behalf of all the teachers and students, he expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the international graduates. It is hoped that the knowledge and skills they learnt would help to make them to become international compound talents with international vision. More importantly, it is hoped that they would build a bridge of friendship between Chinese and Cambodian and become disseminators of Chinese culture and friendship.
Our school began to recruit international students in 2018. At present, there are 63 registered international students, including 57 diploma students. 12 international students are graduated this year. Due to the epidemic, 23 preppy international students are taking online courses. In addition, our college has two overseas branches built last year and enrolled 100 international students already. Currently our international students have been working in many enterprises in their countries with the technology and standards they have learned in our college.
