On February 18 the new term enrollment of New Farmer training class and the village cadres' education class began. 18 professional farmers from Fuping County in Weinan and 32 trainees from the Yangling village cadres training class came to the first floor of the library in the west campus to register and receive teaching materials.
It is known that all the 50 students are recruited by our college as ordinary college students after a series of strict procedures, such as online registration, examination, cultural course examination and interview. These professional farmers will receive systematic study for three years in our college, and this semester is the second semester of their first academic year. After a semester's study, the " students" of the two training classes have learned a lot of practical knowledge and gained a lot. When it comes to the new year's plan, everyone agreed to learn more and apply it to their work.
Xu Qunke of the village cadres education class in Yangling District is the deputy party branch secretary of Xiyuan community run by Li Tai Street in Yangling District. Currently the key project of Xiyuan community construction is the independent demolition and reconstruction of Xuxi Bay Village. According to Vice President Zhang Yongliang, in order to further expand the enrollment scale and influence and provide talents and technical support to the province's agricultural development, our college will continue to recruit 50 trainees from the new Yangling Village Cadre Training Course and Fuping County Professional Farmers Training Course in September this year. Additionally the college will also cooperate with Meixian County to launch Meixian Professional Farmers Training Course. Up to now, the number of trainees in Fuping County's vocational farmers training course has reached 200.
