2013 Developing Countries Forestry Seminar visited the College

  On June 13, 2013 Forest Law Enforcement and Policy Seminar students visited our campus for practice training. The students were 16 forestry officers of 10 developing countries, including Ghana, Kenya and Pakistan.

  President Deng Zhenyi introduced our college, teaching reform and innovated talents cultivation of forestry program. The students visited the integrated training center, dairy products workshop and plant tissue culture room. Teachers from Department of Ecological and Environmental Engineering discussed the course settings and teaching methods with the students.

  Seminar students said that this Shaanxi trip and practice training visit gave them a clearer and deeper understanding of the current Forestry development and environment protection. They were impressed by China’s development in vocational education and hoped to have more opportunities to visit China in the future.
