About the Department:

the department has more than 2000 students, 68 teachers, including 40 teachers with “double competency title”, 2 professors and 17 associate professors. 10 teachers have received training abroad in Germany, the USA, Great Britain, Australia and Singapore. One teacher is “Level 1 registered constructor”, 4 Teachers are “Level 2 registered constructor”, 1 teacher is “intermediate registered constructor”, 8 teachers are “Surveying and mapping engineers”. The department has built 7 on-campus experiment and training centers, covering an area of 2850 m2 and with worth of 13.6mil Yuan for equipment. There are 3 off-campus practice bases and over 20 off-campus training bases.

　　The department is appointed as skill test center by relevant national or provincial departments. Students have access to obtain professional certificates before graduation.
